    Merhaba hocam, benim 22 agustosda beta hcg degerim 746 cikmisti. Bugun doktorum yeniden test istedi sonuc 3132.8 cikti. Son adet gunum 7 temmuz ancak 24 temmuzda rutin kontrolumde gebelik gorulmemis ancak dollenebilir bir yumurtam oldugunu soylemisti doktorum bu durumda benim gebelik baslangicim temmuzun son haftasi mi? Bugun doktorum kesemin kucuklugu nedeniyle bebegimin ölmüs olabilecegini soyledi. Kesemin boyutu 8×6 . Lutfen sizden de yorum alabilir miyim?

    Merhaba;

    Gebeliğin başlangıcı, döllenme olmadan ortalama 14 gün önce başlayan adet kanamasının ilk günüdür. Adet kanamasının başladığı bu günden ortalama 14 gün sonra yumurtlama ve döllenme olur. Döllenmeyi takiben 10. günde ilk defa gebelik testi pozitif olur. Bu tarihten önce gebe olduğunuzu gösteren hiç bir belirti yoktur. Döllenmeden 3 hafta sonra beta hCG 1500 sayısını geçer ve ilk kez ultrasonda gebelik kesesi görülür. Bu tarihten sonra kesenin büyümesi kontrol edilerek gebeliğin sağlığı hakkında yorum yapılabilir.
