    Tamamen düzelebilir. Iyilesen sizin vücudunuz biz sadece yardımcı oluyoruz. Eğer bünyeniz güçlü ise..eger egzersizlerinizi iyi yaparsanız iyilesmemeniz için hiçbir sebep yok
