    Hocam cok tessekkur ederim. Artik fotograf cekilmek istemiyorum. Fotografta daha bariz belli oluyor. Bir de daha once mr cektirdim. Bel fitigi icin bel kaslarinda zayiflama var tek cozumu yuzme demislerdi. 25 yas icin kas zayifligi normal gorunmedi bana ama hekimin onemli gormemesinden dolayi bende korkulcak bisey yok diye dusundum. Simdi yorumlari okuyorum,korkmaya basladim. Kollarimda da gucsuzluk hissediyordum zaten. Baglantili olabilecegini dusunuyorum. Siz ne dusunuyorsunuz.? Bel kaslarinda zayiflama ile baglantili bir durum olabilir mi? Ve en onemlisi hep boyle mi kalacak??
