    Hocam merhaba ben 22 yaşındayım cinsiyetim erkek masa başı çalışıyorum belli bir dönem dizimde biraz fazlaca ağrılar oldu buz egzersiz uyguladım MR istendi ve üzerinden 3 ay geçti şuanda aşırı  ve uzun olmamak kaydıyla ara ara hafifçe ağrılar oluyor.
