    Yaklaşık 3 ay önce ertesi gün hapı kullanmak durumunda kalmıştım. Bugün böbrek rahatsızlığım için yaptırdığım idrar tahlilinde eritrosit 300+ olarak çıktı. Ultrason sonuçlarında da sağ overda 5.5 × 6.3 × 5 cm boyutlarında hemorajik kist ile uyumlu kistik lezyon saptanmıştır. Bunlar ertesi gün haliyle ilgili olabilir mi? Kist için endiselenmeli miyim?  Okdu7fm kadarıyla kendiliğinden erime durumu da varmış fakat boyutu biraz büyük sanırım ameliyat ihtimali korkuttuğu için size danışmak istedim. Teşekkürler

    Ertesi gün hapları, gebelikten koruma konusunda garanti vermez. İçeriğinde bulunan yüksek miktarda hormon nedeniyle bazen kalıcı zararlara neden olabilir. Bu nedenle çok zorunlu olmadıkça kullanılmamalıdır. İçeriğindeki yüksek miktarda hormon nedeniyle yumurtlama düzenini bozar, adet düzensizliğine neden olur. Yumurtlanamayan yumurta kistleşebilir. Sizin de böyle olmuş olmalı. Kistin geçirilmesi için ilaç kullanmanız gerekir. İlaç ile geçmediği taktirde ameliyat gündeme gelebilir.
