    Smear testi yaptırdım Tanı:Low Grade Skuamöz İntraepitelial Lezyon (LSIL) HPV'ye bağlı Koilositotik ATipi, CIN I çıktı doktor tekrardan smear testi yaptı ve tanısı:İntraepitelyal Lezyon veya malignansi için negatif cıktı. 3 ayda bir smear tekrarı yaptırıyorum. 3. smear testimin Tanısı:Endoservikal Kompenent yok,kısmen inflamasyonla örtülü Malignite ve intraepitelyal lezyon negatif cıktı. bu konuda bilgi verirseniz sevinirm .aktif ilişki yasıyorum nasıl korunmam gerekiyor neye dikkat etmelyim. ilerde gebelikte sorun olurmu bu durum.. iyi günler...

    Smearlerinizden ilkinde şüpheli bulgular çıkmış olmasına karşın sonrakiler daha normal bulunmuş. Demek ki bazı lezyonlar varsa da giderek düzeliyor denebilir. Ancak son smeariniz net sonuç vermemiş. Vajina enfeksiyonu tedavisi sonrası tekrar smear alınabilir. HPV enfeksiyonu geçirdiğiniz anlaşılıyor. HPV tipi belirlenmesi mümkün. Eğer yüksek riskli grup ise rahim ağzından biyopsi yapılması uygun olur. HPV aşısı olmanız, yeni bir enfeksiyon geçirip daha fazla risk yüklenmenizi önler.
