    merhaba geçen yıl eylül ayında yani okul yeni açıldığı dönemden itibaren benim yüzümde istemsiz hareketler oluşuyor aynı şuna benziyor https://i1.imgiz.com/rshots/7954/yuz-seyirmesi-hemifasiyal-spazm-nasil-tedavi-edilir_7954818-4710_1280x720.jpg doktora gittim hemifasiyal spasm dedi benim sorum bu tikler bende ufak bi strestte hemen arttıyor ama diğer dönemlerde yok denecek kadar az hatta sters yokken çoğunlukla hatırlattıklarında oluyor bende bu durumun psikolojik olabileceğini düşündüm bu durum psikolojik olabilir mi ?

Stres bir çok fiziksel rahatsızlığın şiddetini atak sıklığını arttırabilir ve zaman zaman psikiyatrik destek almak gerekebilir yoğun stres altında yaşayan ya da genel olarak kaygılı kişilik özelliklerine sahipseniz destek almanız faydalı olacaktır.
