    10 yıla yakındır prolaktin yuksekliği yaşıyorum. 2014 yılında hipofiz bezinde 6 mm lik bir mikroadenom bulundu. dostinex ilaç başladım. bir kaç ay sonra hamile kaldım. doğumdan sonra 20 ay bebeğimi emzirdim.

    Koronal planda TSE T1, TSE T2, sagittal planda TSE T1 ağırlıklı sekanslar alınmış olup intravenöz kontrast madde verilmesini takiben TSE T1 ağırlıklı sekanslar tekrarlanmıştır. (gadovıst 7 ml kullanılmış)

    Hipofiz bez yüksekliği 5,5 mm olarak ölçülmüştür. Ön hipofiz bezi sol uzak lateral yerleşimli 6*3 mm boyutta T2A inceleme hiperintens sinyal özelliğinde, dinamik çalışmada beze göre geç opaklanam paterni oluşturan nodüler lezyon görülmektedir.
