    Merhaba hocam.ben 31 yaşındayim ve cinsiyetim erkek. benim 10 gündür sabahları beni yataktan acıyla kaldıran bel ağrım vardı.sabahları şiddeti çok fazla oluyor,  gün içinde azalıyordu bu ağrı.  bel fıtığından korktum be bunun için fizik tedaviye gittim.ama bel fıtığı çıkmadı. doktor kas gevşetici ve jel verdi onları 3-4 gündür kullanıyorum fakat geçmedi.şuan çok daha beter durumdayım sabahları acıyla uyanıyorum ve bagirsaklarimda da ağrı oluyor aynı anda.o an gaz sıkışması oluyor.gaz çıkarınca bi anlık gevşeme rahatlama olsada belimdeki ağrı yüzünden yürümede ve hatta nefes almakta zorlanıyorum. bagirsaklarima kadar vuran bu sabah bel ağrısı nedeni ne olabilir ve hangi alandaki doktora gitmeliyim?  şimdiden teşekkür ederim
