    15 Gundur gecmeyen basagrisi sorunum var. Çekilen mr sonucunda bilateral periventikuler ve subkortikal derin beyaz cevherler FLAİR ve T2AG lerde milimetrik ebatli multiple sayıda hipertensiteler mevcuttur. Anterior ve posterior sirkülasyon arterleri SE sekanslarda normal void akım pateni sergilemektedir. Dural ve Venöz sinusler patent izlenmiştir.  Hastamız migren ilaçları kullanıyor. Kısa süre önce bir hava değişikliği oldu.

    MR bulguları Migren hastalarında görebildiğimiz bulgular. Endişe edecek beyin ile ilgili bir sorun görünmüyor. Hava değişimi ile ağrılar tetiklenmiş olabilir. Uyku düzenine dikkate etmesi, açlıktan kaçınması, gerekiyorsa Nöroloji uzmanının önerdiği ilaçları kullanmasını öneririm. Geçmiş Olsun.
