    Ben bir erkeğim yaşım 18. Bugün kalp muayenesine gittim, effor ve echografi yaptırdılar sonuçlar iyi çıktı. Ama 1 aydır sol üst göğsümde ağrılar var. 3 aydır spor salonuna gidiyorum. 1 aydır nefes darlığı yüzünden symbicort turbuhaler ve alerjiye karşı ilaç desorlodatine'i kullanıyorum. Alerjim olmamasına rağmen doktor bana bunu verdi ve ben bunu 2 gün önce bıraktım. Nefes darlığım var geceleri geliyor

     Efor nedenli nefes darlığı da olabilmekte. Eğer nefes açıcılar iyi geliyorsa doktor gözetiminde kullanılabilir. Allerji olmayanlarda da bu ilaçlar kulanılabilmekte.
