    SERVİKAL MR
    Teknik: Sagital planda T1 ve T2 TSE, aksial planda T2 GRE sekansları uygulanmıştır.
     
    Bulgular:
     
    Servikal aks düzleşmiştir.
     
    C3-4 ve C4-5 düzeylerinde minimal bulging izlenmiştir.
     
    C5-6 düzeyinde lateral resesleri daraltan, foramenlere uzanan osteofit formasyonları ve minimal bulgingler izlenmiştir.
     
    Vertebra korpus yükseklikleri tabii, kortikal ve medüller sinyal intensiteleri homojendir. Posterior elemanlar normal olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Nöral ve transvers foramenler açıktır. Ligamentum flavumlar normal kalınlıkta ve faset eklemleri tabiidir. Spinal kanal normal genişliktedir.
     
    Medulla spinalis normal kalınlıkta ve homojen sinyal intensitesinde izlenmiştir. İntradural patoloji saptanmamıştır.
     
    Kranio-servikal birleşkede özellik yoktur. Vertebral arterlerde akımın normal olduğu görüntülenmiştir.
     
    Paravertebral yumuşak dokuda patolojik sinyal intensitesi değişikliği gözlenmemiştir.
