    I- TAH+BSO: ENDOMETRİUM: iyi diferansiye endometrioid karsinom (figo grade I) ,çevre endometriumda küçük endometrial polip. MYOMETRİUM: minimal düz kas invazyonu gösteren adenokarsinom, adenomyzis, leiomyom( 1 adet).
    SERVİKS, AYRI GÖNDERİLEN: servikal mukozal tutulum gösteren adenokarsinom (bakınız not)
    OVERLER: özellik görülmedi.
    TUBALAR: özellik görülmedi.
    OMENTUM: tümör görülmedi.
    II- LENF GAGLİYONU, SAĞ 4 ADET: Reaktif değişiklikler( METASTAZ GÖRÜLMEDİ).
    III- LENF GANGLİYONU,SOL 1 ADET: Reaktif değişiklikler(METASTAZ GÖRÜLMEDİ).
    not: p16 ile yapılab immunhistokimyasal incelemede serviksteki lezyonu bir adenokarsinoma in sita olmadığı, endometrium tümörünün yüzey epiteli boyunca (pagetoid) yayılımına bağlı bir tutulumu olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ancak bahsedilen endoservikal tutulum epitele sınırlı olup stromada invazyon oluşmamıştır.
