    Mrb bir kaza sonucu kulak zarımda delinme oldu dr bana antibiyotik 750mg.ağrı kesici  ve iki adet damla yazdı damlalardan birinde gentagut isimli damlanin  yan etkilerini okuduğumda kulak zarında delinme varsa kesinlikle ve kesinlikle kullanılmamalıdır kalıcı sağırlığa neden olur diyor eczacıda verilen damlayı kullanmamı önermiyor ve yazılan 750 mg antibiyotiğide fazla buluyor ne yapmam lazım. Kulak zarı kendini yenilermi  saygılar iyi çalışmalar

    Damlalari mutlaka kullanin. Gentamisinin cok nadirde olsa bu tur yan etkileri olabilir. Ama kullanmazsaniz iltihap buyur daha kotu olur. Antibiyotik dozu fazla degil.
