    Merhaba. 5 haftalık hamileyim. Dün gece pembemsi gelen bir akinti için hastaneye gittim. Vajinal ultrasonla bakildi. Progestan verildi ( hazneden ) bu bir düşük tehlikesi mi?

    Merhaba;

    Gebelik sırasında vajinal kanama olmamalıdır. Hamile birinin vajinal kanaması olursa düşük tehlikesi tanısı konur. Her yüz gebeden on tanesinde kanama meydana gelir. Ancak kasık ağrısı düşük tehlikesi olduğunu göstermez. Kanamaya kasık ağrısı eklenmiş ise bu, düşük tehlikesinin daha ciddi olduğunu gösterir. 

    Düşük tehlikesinin tedavisinde progesteron içeren ilaçlar kullanılır ve kanama fazla ise istirahat önerilir. Haftada 1 kez yapılan ultrason ile gebeliğin durumu kontrol edilmelidir.

    Size de bu şekilde bir tedavi verilmiş. Düşük tehlikesinin ciddi olup olmadığını, haftalık ultrason kontrolleri gösterecek.
