    Seroksat, antidepresan olarak kullanılan bir ilaçtır. Gebelik sırasında kullanımı önerilmemekle birlikte depresyon hastalarında yarar-zarar oranı göz önünde bulundurularak gerektiğinde verilebilir. Antidepresanlar prolaktin hormonunu artırarak yumurtlamayı bozar ve gebe kalmayı zorlaştırabilir. Bu nedenle gebe kalma sorunu yaşayanlarda ilacın bırakılması en doğrusu olacaktır. İlaç 10 günde %65 oranında vücuttan atılır. 1 ay içinde vücudunuzda yok denecek kadar düşük düzeylere iner. İlacı kullanmayı bıraktıktan sonra gebe kalmak için uzun süre beklemenize gerek yoktur.
