    Merhaba;

    Adet kanamasının 1 haftadan daha kısa süreli gecikmesi normal kabul edilebilir. Ancak 1 hafta veya daha fazla gecikmesi önemli bir durumdur. Genellikle yumurtlama bozukluğuna bağlı yumurtalık kistlerinden kaynaklanır. Yumurtalık kistleri, düzgün tedavi edilmedikleri taktirde gelecekteki doğurganlığınızı kötü etkileyebilir. 

    Yetişkin bir kadında öyle veya böyle bir cinsel temas varsa öncelikle gebelik olasılığı düşünülmelidir. Gebelik olsa da olmasa da muayene olmanız gerekecektir. Ters ilişki, gebelik dışında gecikme nedeni olmaz. İdrar testlerine güvenmemelisiniz.
