    Merhaba 18 yaşındayım son birkaç aydır özellikle otobüste ayakta iken nefes bozukluğu ile başlayan baş dönmesi, görme bozukluğu ve soğuk ter dökme sorunları yaşıyorum, ayakta durmakta zorlanıyorum. Neredeyse saatte bir şakaklarıma ağrı saplanıyor, bazen bir şeylere odaklanmışken kulaklarım çınlıyor, kafam ağır geliyor tutmakta zorlanıyorum. Ailem ciddi olmadığını düşünüyor ama korkuyorum lütfen yardım edin vertigo olabileceğini düşündüm fakat dengemde bir sorun yok

Öncelikle Kan tetkiklerinizi yaptırmanız, uzun saatler açlıktan kaçınmanız ve bol sıvı tüketmenizi öneririm.Nadiren Kalp ile ilgili hastalıklarda senkop yakınması yapabileceğinden Kalp açısından değerlendirilmeniz de uygun olacaktır. Şikayetlerin devam etmesi durumunda Nöroloji ve Kardiyoloji uzmanına başvurabilirsiniz
