    8senedir kulak çınlaması var sık sık baş dönmesi atakları yaşıyorum bir defa çok şiddetli bir atağım oldu buna cok şiddetli kusma,nistagmus ve baş ağrısıda eşlik etmişti meniere olduğumu düşünüyorum bu nedenle önce KBB ye gittim KBB Ci bunun için kulak zarimi görmek istedi göremedi damla verdi bir hafta sonra gel falan dedi çalışmam nedeniyle gidemedim bugün git yarın gel işleri çok olduğundan ihmal ettim kendimde saglikciyim bian önce tekrar bir atak geçirmeden tedavi olmak istiyorum teshisin en hızlı konması icin hangi branşa muayene olmam uygun olur bilgilendirirseniz sevinirim teşekkürler
