    hayırlı akşamlar.yaklaşık 6 yıl önce bana doktor tarafından gözlük verildi ve derecesi biri 0,50 diğeri 0,25  di yanlış hatırlamıyorsam :) ...  ve bu gözlüğü 6 ay devamlı kullanmamı söyledi bende kullandım sonrasında devamlı takma genelde bilgisayar  televizyon başındayken tak dedi. bir sure kullandım sonra komple bıraktım şimdi gözlerimde ağrı oluyor.tekrar doktora gittim bana yine gözlük verdi derecesi birebir aynı ve ben almadım gözlük kullanmak istemiyorum. ileride büyük sorunlar yaşar mıyım, korkuyorum da..
