    Oğlunuzun kilosu 50-75 persentilde, yani ortalamanın üzerinde. bu nedenle kilosu için endişelenmenize gerek yok. Evet omega 3, DHA ve EPA beyin ve göz gelişimi için oldukça önemli. diyetine balık girdikten sonra haftada 2 kere yağlı balık yemesi halinde balık yağı desteğine ihtiyacı yok. Beyin gelişimi için balık yağından önce 2 yaşına kadar anne sütüne devam etmeniz, onunla birlikte yaşına uygun gelişimsel oyunlar oynamanız, aktiviteler yapmanız, televizyon, tablet, telefon gibi medya araçlarından uzak tutmanız daha etkili olacaktır.
