Her ne kadar ülkemizde de piyasada bulunsa da aslında geri kalmış ve nüfusu çok hızlı artan ülkeler için piyasaya çıkarılmıştır. Polikistik over sendromunun östrojen yüksekliğine bağlı yan etkilerini ortadan kaldırsa da adet düzensizliğini çok fazla artırır. Bu nedenle kullanılmasını önermemek gerekir.
