    Merhaba ben 18 yaşındayım. İki seferdir adetim gecikiyor. Normalde düzenlidir. Geçen sefer 5 gün gecikmişti şimdi 6 gün önce olmuş olmam gerekiyordu. Öyle bir şişliğim de yok olamamdan kaynaklı ağrılarım da yok. Sorun ne anlayamadım. Hormonlarımda bir sorun olmasından korkuyorum. Doktora gitmekten de korkuyorum. Bir defa adet gecikmesi olsa ve 7 günden kısa süreli olsa çok önemsemeyebilirsiniz. Adet gecikmeleriniz ikinci defa tekrar ettiğine göre muayene olmalısınız. Muayene olmakta çekinecek bir şey yok.
