    Adet ağısı için doğum kontrol hapları çok etkilidir. Ancak çocuk planlayan kişilerde doğum kontrol haplarını bırakınca adet ağrıları tekrar geri döner. Adet sırasında gebe olmadığınız için gönül rahatlığı ile ağrı kesiciler kullanılabilir. Bunun dışında rahim kasılmasını önleyen ilaçlar da işe yarayacak ve ağrı kesiciye gereksiniminizi azaltacaktır.
