    Merhaba Hocam,

    Annem 59 yaşında rahim duvarının kalın olması şikayetiyle çekilen Mr sonucunda böbreği ile ilgili aşağıdaki sonuç çıktı.

    SOL SÜRRENAL GLANDDA DİFFÜZ HİPERPLAZİÇK GÖRÜNÜM DİKKATİ ÇEKMEKTEDİR.

    Bu süreçte Annemin rahimi alındı ve sonrasında (ameliyattan yaklaşık 2 gün sonra) kanlı idrar ve idrar esnasında yanma şikayetleri oluştu. Ameliyat sonrası mesaneye zarar verilip verilmediği kontrol edildi mesaneye zarar verilmediği tanısı konuldu. Fakat annemin şikayetleri halen devam etmektedir.

    Mr sonucunda böbrek üstü bezde büyüme var diye rapor edilmiş.Böbrek üstü bezi hastalıklarında nadiren sık idrara çıkma olabilir.Böbrek üstü bezi ile ilgili hormon tahlilleriniz yapılması gerekir.Öncelikle bir nefroloji yada endokrinoloji uzmanına gidiniz.
