    Lise öğrencisiyim günde saatlerce oturuyorum ve şikayetlerim okulun başında başladı.
    Sabah kalkarken kalcamda ağrı ve uzun süre oturunca kalcamda oluşan ağrı nedeniyle hastaneye gittim ortopedi hiç bir şey bulamadı
    Fizik tedavi uzmanı mr çektirdi ve kan tahlili istedi iltihaplı romatizmadan suphelenmisti
    MRıma baktı iltihap yok sadece spor yapmanı tavsiye ediyorum dedi
    Mr sonucumda sağ sakroiliak eklemde superiorda daralma yazıyordu.
    Uzun süredir yan yatiyorum veya bacaklarimin altına yastık koyarak yatıyorum ağrılarım neredeyse bitti
    Sadece çok uzun süre oturursam çok minik sızı şeklinde hissediyorum sizce bu neden ? Hala dümdüz yatarsam sabah bir miktar ağrı ile uyanıyorum ama sağa dönüp bir kaç dakika yattığımda ağrı geçiyor.
    İşin garip tarafı sıra arkadaşımda da benzer belirtiler var ama onunkiler bitti galiba.
    Haftalarca ağrım olmasa 2 gün sırt üstü yatsam kalça ağrım ufak ufak kendini hissettiriyor.
