Yemek icin zorlasam rahatsiz oluyorum. Hem bebeklerim icin hem kendim icin nasil beslenmeliyim. Bu durumdaki gebeler icin neler onerilir?

    Gebeliğin iki bile olsa özel bir beslenme düzeni yoktur. Daha açıkçası yemek zorunda olduğunuz özel bir gıda çeşidi ve almak zorunda olduğunuz bir miktardan bahsedilemez. Zaten bebeklerin de büyümesi ile gerektiği kadar kilo almanız kaçınılmazdır. Safra kesesi hastalığı, yağlı gıdaların yenmesinde sırt ağrısına neden olur. Zaten gebelikte de yağlı gıdaların alınması önerilmez. Diğer yandan sık ve az miktarlarda beslenmek, tüm gebeler için önerilmesi gereken bir beslenme düzenidir. Beslenme için her ağzı olan bir öneri sunsa da bunlar sizde endişeye neden olmasın.
