    15 gündür nefes alamama sol sırtta ve ortada ve göğüs ortasında şiddetli yanma, batar tarzda ağrı baskı yaşama sebebiyle doktora gittim. Hdl 53 efor testimde omuz ve sırtımda yanma olunca  farmakolojik miyokard kalp sintigrafisi çekildim. Anteroapikal duvarda hafif hipokinezi (%60) saptanmıştır. Yapılan eko da mitral ve pulmoner kapak minimal, triküspit kapakta yetersizlik (+) saptanmıştır. Yanmalarım şiddetli şekilde devam ederken, nefes almakta güçlük çekiyorum. 32 yaşında hafif kilolu kadın hastayım. Sonuçlarım nasıl ? Sizce ne yapmalıyım? Saygılar.
