    Tek sperm sayımı ile kısırlık tanısı koymak doğru değildir. Sayı biraz düşük olmakla birlikte daha önemlisi lökosit sayısı fazla. Bu, bir enfeksiyon olduğunu gösteriyor. Enfeksiyon tedavisi için çocuk isteğinizi belirttiğiniz kadın hastalıkları ve doğum hekimi veya bir üroloji uzmanı ile görüşmelisiniz. Sonuçta enfeksiyonun tedavi edilmesi ile de sperm göstergelerinizde belirgin düzelme saptanacaktır.
