    Yapılan muayenelerde neden bulunmayan adet ağrılarına primer dismenore denir. Primer dismenore, genellikle rahimin adet sırasında yaptığı kasılmalardan kaynaklanır. Bu kasılmaların önlenmesi için rahim gevşetici ilaçlar denenebilir.
