    Yaş 34.
    Yaklaşık 4-5 yıldır sağ dizimde 2. Derece menisküs  yırtığı ve yaklaşık 1-2 yıldır aynı bacakta ön çapraz bağ yırtılması mevcut. Amelyata gerek görülmedi. Rahatsızlığımdan dolayı spor yapamıyor ve fazla hareket etmiyorum. Diğer bacağımda da yavaş yavaş hareket halinde bazı ağrılar hissetmeye başladım. Hareketsizlikten dolayı kilo artışı ve karaciger yağlanması da oluştu.
    1-Benim durumumda birisi için en uygun spor türleri neler olabilir
    2-mevcut rahatsızlığımın daha fazla kötüleşmemesi için ne yapabilirim
    3-(özellikle cevaplarsanız sevinirim) Bisiklet sürmem herhangi bir zarar oluşturur mu?

    Geçmiş olsun, benim anlayamadığım 34 yaşında biri neden yırtık bir ön çapraz ile yaşamaya mahkum olsun. Bisiklet sürebilirsiniz hatta darbeye dayalı olmayan her sporu yapabilirsiniz.Zaten hareketinizin bu yaşta ön çapraz kopuğundan dolayı kısıtlanması doktorunuzun bu kararın sorgulanması gerektiğini gösteriyor. MR görüntülerinizi videoya çekip whatsapp (5323564875) atabilirsiniz. Ön çaprazın durumuna bizde bakalım.
