    Ertesi gün hapları, yumurtlama ve rahim iç tabakasını bozarak gebe kalmanızı önler. İçeriğinde çok yğksek miktarda hormon olduğundan kullanılması önerilmez. Bir ayda birden fazla defa kullanılması zararlıdır. Yumurtalık kistlerine ve adet düzensizliklerine neden olabilir. Adet düzensizliğiniz ilacın bir yan etkisi olabilir. Ancak buna emin olmak mümkün değil. Çünkü haplar gebelikten koruma konusunda garanti vermez.
