    İyi Günler.

    2 aylık bir kız bebeğim var. Kontrol için hastaneye götürdüğümüzde doktorumuz yüz egzaması olduğunu söyledi ve advantan krem ile fucudin krem reçete etti. Advantan kremin kullanma talimatinde 4 aylıktan küçük bebeklerin kullanmasının uygun olmadığı yazıyor. Akşam saatlerinde eczacı bir tanıdığıma danıştım. Kremlerin kortizon içerdiğini ve oda özellikle bebeklerde cildini incelttiğini söyledi. Konu ile ilgili bilgi verebilir misiniz?

    Eczacınızın söyledikleri doğrudur, özellikle uzun süreli kullanımlarda kortizon içeren kremler ciltte incelme, tüylenme gibi yan etkiler yapabilir.  Doktorunuz inisiyatif alarak bebeğe faydalı olmak istemiş olabilir ancak kullanım kılavuzuna uymanızı öneririm.

    Ayrıca bebekte inek sütü alerjisi olabilir, bebeği sadece anne sütü ile besleme ve annenin bir müddet süt ürünlerinden uzak durması faydalı olabilir.
