    Hayırlı Akşamlar,Dün boks antremanın da ilk defa omuzum çıktı ve Hocam Omuzumu tekrar yerine oturttu.Şuanda omuzumda hafif ağrı ve güçsüzlük var.Evde kendim buz tedavisi uyguluyorum ve ağrı kesici kullanıyorum.Omuzum eski gücüne ne zaman kavuşur ve antreman yapmaya ne zaman başlarım.Doktora gitmedim herhangi bir sıkıntı ile karşılaşır mıyım?     Geçmiş olsun, eğer gerçekten çıktıysa sizi bekleyen en büyük tehlike yeniden çıkmasıdır. Bunun olma ihtimali yaş ile ters orantılıdır. Yani 20 yaşlarındaki çıkık çok yüksek oranda tekrarlar. Bunun için MR çekilebilir yani yer yapıp yapmadığını anlarsın.
