    Sayın hocam,Holter sonucunda Yüzde 3 ritim bozukluğu olan oğlum kardioloji onayıyla genel anestezi yapılarak Peygamber sünneti ameliyatı yapılacak .lokal ile bu işlem yapılaz mı?

    Merhaba, mevcut ritm bozukluğu ciddi boyutta olmadığından ve Kardiyoloji Hekimi tarafından da onaylandığından genel anestezi açısından ameliyat olması diğer hastaların taşıdığı risk kadardır. Çok önemli bir problem yaratmaz. Çocuğunuzun yaşı çok önemlidir. Lokal anestezi olup olamayacağı. Eğer çocuğunuz küçük yaşlarda ise lokal anestezi altında bu işlemin yapılması güç olabilir. Genel anestezi altında olması daha uygun olabilir. Bunu işlemi yapıcak olan cerrah ve ve Anestezi Hekiminizle ayrıntılı bir şekilde görüşmenizi öneririm. Acil şifalar dilerim. Çok geçmiş olsun..!
