    Hocam ben ms hastasıyım. Bir takim tahliller sonucunda ANA testim ve diger tum alt testler negatif fakat anti scl 70 pozitif +1 cikti. ANA negatifken bu degerin pozitif cikmasi bende skleroderma oldugunu yada ilerde kesin cikacagini mi gösterir. Cok korkuyorum. Fizik tedavi doktoruna gittim bana ms de bazi antikorlar yalanci pozitif cikabilir dedi. Hocam siz ne diyosunuz ilerde bu hastalik kesin cikar mi ?
