    Merhabalar, ben 15 gün önce buzda kayıp düştüm. Düşüş esnasında sağ diz kapağının oynadığını ve sonra eski haline geldi. Sonrasında kuvvetli bir acı oluştu ertesi gün sabah acile gittim röntgen çektiler kırık çıkık yok dediler ve bana zedelenme burkulma tanısı koyup muscoflex duo jel sürmemi ve bandaj sarmamı söylediler. Aradan 15 gün geçti ağrı hafifledi yürümekte çok zorlanmıyorum merdiven çıkıp inmesi biraz ağrıtıyor ama eskisi kadar değil. Fakat hala dizimi bükerken veya çok küçük bir ters harekette acıyor. Dizimi tam bükemiyorum, koşamıyorum kısacası günlük işlerimde zorlanıyorum. Tekrar doktora gitmeli miyim? Tedaviye devam  mı edeyim?

    Büyük ihtimalle kemik ödemi olmuştur. MR ile görülebilir. Fakat kemik ödemi gibi bir sorunsa kendiliğinden geçer. Aktiviteniz de iyi olduğuna göre acele etmeniz gerekmez.
