    Ben 4 yıldır tiroid hastasıyım.Kontrol amaçlı ve 1 ayı geçik ses kısıklığımdan dolayı doktora gittim . Ultrasondaki sonuçlarım :
    tiroid bezi sağ lobu :12 x 7 x 25mm
                   sol lobu : 14 x 13 x 31 mm
                   isthmus :1 mm boyutları çıktı ve sol lob orta kesimde 3,5 x 4 mm boyutta hiperekojen solid nodüş izlenmiş. Sizce ameliyat gerekir mi ? Olmalı mıyım , riskleri var mı ?

    Tiroid ameliyatı için bazı şartlar vardır: tiroidin büyük olmasına bağlı bası yakınmaları, bazı hipertiroidi durumları, tiroid nodülü biyopsisinde kanser ya da kanser şüphesi. Bu durumlar dışında operasyon önermemekteyiz. Geçmiş olsun.
