    Hipotiroidim var.Eutrox 25 mg kullanıyorum.Pazartesi ve perşembeleri de 2 doz alıyorum.(hamilelik düşündüğünde 2 doz al demişti doktorum)ben 7 aydır bu şekilde kullanıyorum ve korunmadığımız halde gebe kalamadım.kadın doğuma gittim hiç bir sıkıntı görünmüyor dedi. tsh ım hep 2.2 daha da düşmesi gerekir mi ?ne yapmalıyım?

    Tiroid ile ilgili sorununuzu bu dozda ilaç ile çözmüşsünüz gibi görünüyor. İlaç dozunu değiştirmenize gerek yok. 

    Hipotiroidi, prolaktin hormonunu artırarak yumurtlamayı bozabilir. Bu da gebe kalmayı zorlaştırır ve düşüklere neden olabilir. Diğer yandan gebelikte tiroid hormonu bebeğin vücut ve beyin gelişimi için kaçınılmazdır. Bir sorunla karşılaşmamak için gebelikte de TSH düzeylerinize baktırmalısınız.
