    Ekg de bir noktaya takıldı ve aşağıdaki testleri acil servisten istedi troponin ve d- dimer bakılması ancak sonuçlar beklenen aralıklarda çıktı 

    Öneri olarakta d-dimer yüksekse aort disasyonu açısından bt anjiyo çekilmesi konusundan not yazdı ancak sonuçlara bakınca acil servis gerek görmedi (bt anjiyo çekilmesine) teşekkürler
