    L4-5 diskinde hidrasyon kaybı, diffüz bulging ve posterior anüler yırtık, sağ  foraminal disk protrüzyonu izlendi. Tekal kese ve sağ nöral foramen basılı, sol nöral foramen daralmıştır.
    Posterior elemanlar normaldir.
    Konus normal lokalizasyonda sonlanmaktadır.
    Paraspinal yumuşak doku planları normaldir.
