    Engelli raporu alabilmek için heyete başvurmanız gerekiyor. Tün bölümler tarafından muayene ve tetkik edildikten sonra puanlama yapılır. Göğüs hastalıkları açısından da fizik muayeneniz, solunum fonksiyon testi ve akciğer grafisi ile değerlendirilip hangi gruba gireceğiniz ortaya çıkar. Bu hafif, orta ve ağır gruplarından birine girersiniz. Solunum fonksiyon açısından hiç etkilenme yoksa 0 alırsınız. Bunun için heyete başvurmanız gerekli.
