    Kan uyuşmazlığı olan gebeliklerde kanama olduğunda anti D enjeksiyonu gerekip gerekmediği şüphelidir. Çünkü kanamalar sırasında bebek kanının anne kanına karışma oranı yok denecek kadar az bulunmuştur. Ancak alışılageldik bir şekilde yapılmaktadır. 5 haftalık iken bebeğin kan hücreleri henüz oluşmamış olduğundan uyuşmazlık iğnesine gerek yoktu. Ancak yapılmış. Enjeksiyonun içeriği sizin kanınızda 1-3 ay kalır. Bu nedenle sık sık enjeksiyona gerek yok. Yine de en doğru kararı gebeliğinizi ve kanamanızı değerlendiren doktorunuz verecektir.
