    Merhaba, babam 58 yaşında ve Kalp hastasıdır. 2 sefer bypass oldu ve 2-3 seferde tıkanan damarlara stent takıldı. Şuan tüm damarları tıkalı durumda ve tekrar bir operasyon mümkün değil. Ayrıca kalp yetmezliğine bağlı olarak akciğerlerde su birikiyor. Bu su akciğer üzerinde benek benek olduğu için alınamıyor. Sadece tedavi olarak idrar söktürücü veriliyor. Son zamanlarda iyice nefes alamamaya başladı ve gece gündüz uyku uyuyamıyor. Kendisi yüksek tansiyon ve şeker hastasıdır. Bu durumda doktorlar yapılacak birşey yok bu şekilde idare edeceksin diyorlar. Babamın rahat nefes alabilmesi için ve günlük yaşantısını devam ettirebilmesi için nasıl bir tedavi gerekiyor, bilgilerinize ihtiyacımız var.

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Babanızda kalp yetmezliğine bağlı akciğerde su birikmesi mevcut. Verilecek medikal tedavi verilmiş. Bu hastalığın tedavisi idrar söktürücülerle akciğerde plevra yapraklarında oluşan suyu dışarı atmaktır. Ancak bu tedaviye rağmen sıvı devam ederse  göğüs cerrahisi tarafından akciğer zarlarının yapıştırılması(ilaçla) tedavisi uygulanabilir. Bir göğüs cerrahisi uzmanına başvurmanızı önereceğim.
