    3 gündür oğlumda hırıltı , öksürük vardı. dünkü doktor kontrolünde alerjik astım olduğunu hava vermesi gerektini söyledi dün iki kere hava verdiler akşam hırıltısı geçmiş gibiydi şimdi ben ne yapmam gerekiyor tekrar tekrarlanmaması için buhar makinası odasına alsam iyi olur mu şimdiden teşekkür ederim.

    Öncelikle geçmiş olsun,

    Allerjik astımlı hastalarda bazı dikkat etmek gereken konular vardır. Öncelikle ilaçları düzenli kullanmanız, çevresel faktörlerden ve tetik çeken durumlardan uzak tutmanız gerekir. Örn. toz, koku,duman,sigara dumanı, vb gibi. Ayrıca çocuğunuzun yattığı odada kullanılacak yatak,battaniye yorgan gibi eşyaların anti allerjik olması, yünlü eşyalardan uzak durmanız gerekir. Odasının sürekli havalandırılması, nemli bir ortam yaratmak da faydalı olabilir. Soğuk buhar bazı hastalarda fayda sağlayabilir. Yalnız tüm hastalarda aynı sonuç alınmayabilir. Denemenizde fayda olabilir. Bir de düzenli kontrollere götürmenizi önereceğim.
