    uzun zamandır evden çıkamıyorum

    yaklaşık 6 aydır kendimi eve kapatmış durumdayım,psikiyatrik destek alıyordum fakat durumumda herhangi bir değişiklik olmadı evde kaldığım süre zarfında gerçek hayattan iyice soyutladım kendimi şu an kimseyle konuşmuyor,ailemle yemek yemiyorum doktora her gittiğimde ilaçları değiştiriyor fakat sonuç gene aynı evde kaldığım bu süre zarfında internet tablet ve telefona aşırı şekilde bağlandım ve şu anda bırakmak istiyorum lütfen yardım edin.
