    Merhaba, her ay düzenli regl olmakla birlikte, hafif ağrı nedeniyle kontrole gittim. ultrason sonucunda 7,8 cm büyüklüğünde sol yumurtalıkta endometriozis teşhis edildi. sağ tarafta ise polikistik over sendromu mevcut. bekarım ve 23 yaşındayım. çocuk sahibi olmak uzun bir süre ( 5 yıl) planımda yok öğrenci olduğum için. bu kistler çocuk sahibi olmamı engeller mi? ve ameliyat gerekiyor mu? doktorum ameliyat olmam gerektiğini söyledi. şuan yurtdışındayım. eğer ameliyat gerekecekse ülkeme geleceğim. yardımcı olursanız sevinirim. teşekkürler.

    Yumurtalık kistleri 5 cm üzerinde olduğunda gerek patlama riski gerekse yumurtalığın kalanına yaptığı baskı ile mevcut yumurtalara zarar verme riskinden ötürü ameliyat gerekir. Sizin de ameliyat olmanız gereklidir. Ameliyat olmadan gebe kalma şansınız biraz düşük. Hiç yok değil ama düşük. Ameliyat olmayı geciktirdiğinizde kistin yumurtalarınıza yaptığı baskı sonucu yumurta kapasiteniz kısa zamanda azalabilir.
