    Annemde kronik böbrek yetmezliği oluştu. Kortizon tedavisi gördü ama 68 yaşında olduğu için bu da kemiklerinde erime ve bel kayması sorununu doğurdu. Ortopediste göründüğünde verilen ilaçların bir kısmını nefroloğu yasakladığı için ağrı kesici iğneleri alamıyoruz. Ortopedistine durumu ilettiğimizde fizik tedavi görsün dedi, peki böbrek yetmezliği varken fizik tedavi böbreklere zarar verir mi? 2. bir doktor görüşüne ihtiyacım olduğu için vereceğiniz cevap benim için çok önemli.

    Muhtemel belinde ağrı olan bir hastadan bahsediyoruz, böbrek yetmezliği olması fizik tedavi almasına engel değildir bölgesel masaj ağrı azaltan bölgesel elektriki akım ve benzeri fizik tedavi yöntemleri uygulanacak ilaç kullanımını ya da morfin dozunu az tutmak için kanser hastalarına da fizik tedavi uygulanıyor.
