    Merhaba;

    Düşük molekül ağırlıklı heparin içeren enjeksiyonlar ile kanama riskinin artmadığı söylense de güncel uygulamada bunun tam tersi olduğunu, kanamanın fazla olduğunu defalarca gördük. Bu nedenle tahmini doğum tarihinden 2 hafta önce iğnenin kesilmesi en mantıklısı. Vajinal doğum veya sezaryen kararı için bu enjeksiyonların bir önemi yok. Kanama, her iki doğum şeklinde de olabilir.
