    Merhaba

    Günde 1 defa sabahları olmak üzere tuvalette ihtiyaç gideriyorum. dışkı genellikle açık kahverengi ve şekilsiz, yumuşak oluyor. balçık gibi denilebilir. bu durum yaklaşık 3 ay önce başladı. 3-4 gün kabızlık sonrası dışkı hep bu şekilde oldu. bu arada kas ağrıları ve yorgunluk halsizlik yaşadım. şu anda karnımda veya midemde fazla bir ağrı yok ancak iştahsızlık ve dışkı şekli aynen devam ediyor. bir de uykusuzluk problemi başladı. bu arada 4 kilo kadar da kilo kaybım oldu. 1 ay kadar önce doktora gittim ancak herhangi bir tedaviye gerek duymadı.

    Kolonoskopi yapılması gerekir mide problemleriniz varsa mide endoskopisi de gerekir ayrıca dışkıda sindirim bozukluğu testlerine bakılmalı, çölyak testlerine bakılmalı. Kilo kaybınız da başladığı için önemli bir durum olabilir araştırılması gerekir.Genel cerrahi ve dahiliye uzmanına gözükmelisiniz.
